Salvatore Ugo Forello (everybody calls him only Ugo) is one of the 7 persons who started the whole initiative in 2004. In 2006 he got his law degree and that was a spark to make Addiopizzo a more structured organization, offering assistance to business owners etc. Ugo now has his own law firm with two partners (also they are among the founders of Addiopizzo) and 9 employees.
