The bookshelves are actually drawers of an old writing desk. Barbara was happy to use them as they are made of real wood and she likes especially the vertical lines which the wood has. The floor is a combination of house's own old floor tiles (light beige/grey) and recycled single floor tiles (red ones) which Barbara and Davide found at a local vendor. Chair Thonet.
