MILAN, ITALY, 16 January 2021: People queuing to a tent for coronavirus antigen tests run by a group of volunteering doctors and nurses. The donations to the group are called “suspended swab tests”, that is people pay in advance tests for people who otherwise couldn’t afford them; the reference is to a Neapolitan habit to have a coffee at a bar and leave money for a coffee for someone who can’t afford to pay themselves.
